Chalk Rally is a small game made by one person. It keeps as little about you as it can.
What the game keeps
- The nickname you type, shown on the leaderboard. Please use a nickname, not your real name.
- A random code made on your device, so the leaderboard knows which runs are yours. It is not linked to your name, email or phone number.
- Your finished runs (the pushes you made), so the server can check them and replay the leader as the ghost car.
- Anonymous play counts: how far players get, where they stop, and roughly where they came from (for example a website name). These help make the game better.
What the game does not do
- No accounts, no emails, no ads, no selling of data.
- No cookies and no tracking companies. Visit counts come from Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not track you across websites.
- Your sound setting and best scores stay on your own device.
Remove your name
To have a name taken off the leaderboard, or to ask anything about your data, email hello@chalkrally.com. Grown ups can ask on behalf of a child.
